摘　　要：总结了DTM350／600型钢球磨煤机原衬板在使用过程中遇到的问题，提出了一种性能更优、节能效果明显的技术改造方案——双面孤梯波形节能衬板，并总结了改造后的应用情况，比较了改造前后的节能效果。This paper summarizes operation issues from liner of DTM350/600 ball mill and puts forward a technical renovation plan of better performance and energy saving remarkable energy - saving liner with double - sided arc ladder waveform. In this paper, after reconstructing the operation situation is de- scribed, energy - saving results before and after reconstructing are compared.
