转型发展期我国中部地区金融支农效率评析——利用DEA模型的方法

摘　　要：进入经济转型发展时期,我国农村金融发展的滞后一定程度上抑制了农村经济的发展,并使城乡经济的非均衡性问题进一步突出。本文采用数据包络分析(DEA)的方法对我国中部八省的农村金融资源配置效率作了整体评价和比较,在此基础上剖析了中部八省金融支农效率的影响因素。分析表明:山西、安徽、江西、湖南与河南须提高金融支农的管理水平与完善相关的制度,同时应提高金融支农的规模效率。湖南的制度建设与管理水平相对完善,但须提高规模效率。其中,农村信用社的贷款力度不足是影响金融支农效率的关键。Based on the Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）,this article evaluates the provincial finance support for agriculture.And then it uses Tobit Regression Model to analyze the factors impacting the efficiency of the finance support for agriculture.Shanxi,Jiangxi,Anhui,Hunan and Henan have to perfect the finance support for agriculture management and rule level,and improve the scale efficiency.Hunan needs to improve the scale efficiency.And while increasing finance support for agriculture,improving the loan quantity of the village reputation agency is the focus to perfect agricultural industrialization in China.
