术中氩氦刀治疗晚期胰腺癌的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨氩氦刀术中治疗晚期胰腺癌的护理配合,以保证治疗的顺利进行。方法对23例不能手术切除的晚期胰腺癌患者在采用美国氩氦刀治疗的同时,针对术前、术中和术后实施了整体护理措施。结果 23例患者均顺利完成治疗,在肿瘤的局部控制和缓解疼痛方面取得了满意的疗效。结论在术中氩氦刀为主的综合措施治疗晚期胰腺癌过程中对患者开展系列护理措施,有利于治疗的顺利实施和提高疗效。Objective To discuss the nursing cooperation of intraoperative Ar-He targeted cryoablation therapy terminal pancreas cancer. Methods 23 patients with terminal pancreas cancer were treated by Ar-He targeted cryoablation while holistic nursing was performed before,in and after operations.Results The procedure was successful in all 23 cases and gained good effect on controlling tumors and relieving pain.Conclusion During the therapy of Ar-He targeted cryoablation holistic nursing could improve therapy effect.
