调安汤配合针灸治疗心血管神经症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价调安汤配合针灸疗法治疗心血管神经症的临床疗效。方法选择2009年～2010年我院门诊收治的心血管神经症患者125例,均给予调安汤配合针灸治疗,对其有效性、安全性等进行观察。结果 125例心血管神经症患者8周内在停止使用镇静、催眠、调节植物神经药的情况下心悸、呼吸困难、心前区痛,失眠、多梦、焦虑、急躁等自觉症状基本消失。结论调安汤配合针灸疗法治疗心血管神经症效果显著,短期内无明显副作用。Objective Appraisal the clinical curative effect of cardiovascular neurosis treated by acupuncture combine with Tiao an soup.Methods 125 examle rooms which Jilin Province Changchun second hospital outpatient department admits to during 2009～2010 years cardiovascular neurosis patient,gives the acupuncture Tiao an soup,to its validity,secure and so on carries on the observation.Results 125 example patient symptoms such as precordial pain dyspnea cardiopalmus insomnia dreaminess anxiety precipitancy and irritability all vanishing.Conclusion The acupuncture Tiao an soup treatment is remarkable,the short-term takes the side effect to be unconspicuous.
