摘　　要：本文基于合理化工程的思想，采用事物特性表的方法建立机械产品标准件库及对机械产品进行变型设计，以便减少零件数，降低成本，从而实现合理化工程中的产品结构的重组。Based on the idea of rationalization engineering and by adopting the method of table for objective characteristics, this paper established the library of standard parts in mechanical products and carried out the design of pattern transformation for mechanical products in order to cut down the number of machine parts and reduce the cost and thus realizing the reorganization of products structure in rationalized engineering.
