摘　　要：通过对变送进角型三辊铝管二次穿孔机组的研制，提出“辗轧效应”原理，在三辊斜轧中得到应用，并以此推出辊形与孔型设计原则。该设备应用于湖北黄冈白莲铝合金管材有限责任公司，使用情况良好，该课题于１９９９年３月通过国家机械工业局的技术鉴定。Through the development of the secondary piercer unit with forward angle change type three roll structure, the role of “Rolling Effect” principle in three roll cross rolling is advanced, based on which the design principle of roll shape and pass is put out. This equipment now runs smoothly in Huang Gang Bailian Aluminium Alloy Tube and Pipe G.Ltd, Hubei Province. The item got through its technical evaluation from National Machinery Industrial Bureau in March ’99 with high appraise.
