桃源居社区老年人健康状况及护理需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解桃源居社区老年人健康状况及对社区护理的需求情况,从而为开展社区老年人卫生服务提供依据。方法采用自编问卷对桃源居社区1362名60岁以上老年人进行调查。结果社区老年人慢性病患病率为75.9%,所患慢性病构成比排在前10位的依次为高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、白内障/青光眼、慢性前列腺炎/增生、关节炎、慢性支气管炎/阻塞性肺病、颈椎病、慢性胃肠疾病、结石。且多有不良生活习惯。结论桃源居社区老年人健康状况不甚理想,社区护理需求较高。需加大对社区卫生服务功能的宣传力度,以提高老年人对提高老年人对社区护理服务的需求。Objective To find out the health status and the demands on community nursing of elderly people in Taoyuanju Community so as to provide basis for the development of community health service.Methods Adopt self designed questionnaire on 1 362 old people aged above 60 in Taoyuanju Community.Results The order of the constituent ratio of the top chronic diseases were：hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabetes,cataracts/glaucoma,chronic prostatitis/ hyperplasia,arthritis,chronic bronchitis/obstructive pulmonary disease,cervical spondylosis,chronic gastrointestinal disease,stones.At the same time,many elderly people have bad habits.Conclusions The situation of the elderly health was not satisfying; there is higher demand for community care.So spreading the health education in the community was needed to enhance the elderly demands for community nursing.
