摘　　要：金华市作为浙江中西部的重要工业城市,社会经济发展速度不断加快,但是与杭州、宁波等省内先进地区相比,还存在较大差距。在信息化背景下,要让金华经济实现转型突破,实现经济低地的快速隆起,必须结合国家产业政策,结合金华自身产业与市场优势,以信息化手段推进创新人才培育,发展优势主导产业,发展电子信息等高新技术产业,并以此为重要突破口,推进经济又好又快发展,最终实现市政府提出的"弯道超车"发展战略。As a major industrial city in mid-west Zhejiang,Jinhua＇s economic development has speeded continually.However,there still exists a big gap compared with the advanced areas like Hangzhou and Ningbo.Under the information background,to realize a breakthrough in economic transition and rapid economic development in Jinhua,we must combine its industries with market advantages to contribute to the cultivation of the new innovation talents,to develop leading industries,and high-tech industries such as electronic information by means of information technology.Only in this way can we ensure a sound and fast economic growth and achieve the development strategy target of ＂ turn to overtake＂ put forward by municipal government.
