通货膨胀目标制及其在我国的适用性分析

摘　　要：通货膨胀目标制是一种以保持较低且稳定的通货膨胀率为目标的货币制度或政策框架,代表观点主要有:货币政策框架、货币政策目标规则及货币政策的制度性框架。考量我国现实经济现状,对通货膨胀目标制进行适用性分析,结果发现:通货膨胀已成为我国宏观调控中重要的考量因素,其在我国的实行是一个渐进式过程,随着金融体制的进一步改革,通货膨胀目标制必将成为我国宏观调控的首要目标。Inflation targeting is a monetary system or policy framework,whose targeting is to maintain low and stable inflation,representative views are： monetary policy framework,monetary policy objective rules and institutional framework of monetary policy.Considering the real economic situation,the applicability of inflation targeting has been analysized,then,the conclusion was given： Inflation has become an important macro-control considerations,whose implementation is a gradual process in our country,with the further reform of the financial system,inflation targeting will become the primary goal of macroeconomic control in China.
