摘　　要：针对新龙公司选煤厂实际生产过程中浮选回收率低、浮选尾煤灰分偏低的情况,通过对煤质、浮选工艺和相关设备进行深入分析,提出了改造优化措施。将原来的浮选床浮选工艺改为浮选机工艺,并对二者的浮选效果进行了对比。优化后,提高了浮选系统浮精回收率,降低了电耗和油耗,增加了企业的经济效益。According to low recovery of flotation cleans and low ash content of flaotion tailings in the actual production process of Xinlong coal preparation plant, the flotation technology and related equipment are analized and optimization measures are taken. The o the floatation effect is compared. With optimization rig of inal flotation bed is replaced by flotation machine, and the flotation system, it improves the precision floating rate, reduces power consumption and fuel consumption, increases the economic efficiency of enterprises.
