摘　　要：针对成庄矿洗选厂原设计存在的工艺不合理、设备能力不足、系统不灵活、产品结构单一、运行效率低下等问题,对原煤预处理、主洗系统、煤泥水处理、产品装车等各个环节进行升级改造以及为提高系统灵活性、保证产品质量和提高块煤产率等进行技术创新,使系统原煤处理能力达到800万t/年以上,全厂运行方式达到十余种,产品品种结构更加合理,产品质量优异,畅销国内外,全厂各项技术指标达到国内先进水平,并对设计改扩建大型矿井型选煤厂提出了建议。On these problems such as improper process, small capacity simple product structure, low running efficiency and so on in Chengzhuang of eq coal uipments, inflexible system, preparation plant, this paper introduces and discusses how to upgrade and innovate on these Sections including raw coal pre--treatment, main washing system,coal slurry treatment; loading of vices about design,modification and upgrade of a large products, and at the end of this article some good adanthracite coal preparation plant belongs to the coal mine are given.
