摘 要:从壳聚糖的质量浓度、pH值、温度、处理方式、常用染色助剂(元明粉和纯碱)等因素入手研究了壳聚糖对活性红M-3BE的絮凝脱色性能.结果表明:在100 mL染料溶液(100 mg/L)中,加入10 mL壳聚糖醋酸溶液(0.4g/L),壳聚糖对染料的絮凝脱色效果随染液pH值的下降而增加明显,脱色率在90%以上;但随常用染色助剂(元明粉和纯碱)浓度的增加,其絮凝脱色效果显著下降.在较佳絮凝条件下,壳聚糖对该染料染色废水的脱色率和COD去除率分别为19.84%和54.81%.此外,用壳聚糖处理活性染料染色废水时,需先用酸中和染色残液中的碱剂,再进行脱盐处理,以便壳聚糖发挥更好的絮凝脱色作用.The flocculation and decolorization capability of chitosan to Reactive Red M-3BE were discussed,in terms of such factors as the dosage of chitosan,pH,temperature,treatment method,dyeing auxiliaries(sodium sulphate and sodi-um carbonate).The results showed that when 10 mL chitosan solution(4%) was added to the dye solution 100 mL(100 mg/L),the performance of the flocculation and decolorization improved obviously with the decrease of pH value.The decolorization percentage could reach above 90% and the maximum was about 98%.However,the flocculation and decolorization effects of chitosan for the dye worsened sharply with the increase in the concentration of auxiliaries(Na2SO4 and Na2CO3).The wastewater after dyeing was treated with chitosan under fairly good flocculation conditions.Its decolorization percentage and the removal rate of COD were 19.84% and 54.81%,respectively.It was suggested that the reactive dyeing wastewater need to be pretreated with acid to neutralize and desalinate in order to make chitosan achieve better flocculation and decolorization effects.
