摘 要:在叶片的进、出口安放角都已经确定的情况下,提出一种确定叶片包角的新方法.分别确定a、b、c三条流线的包角取值范围,求其取值范围的交集,根据不同轴面的安放角和叶片包角的关系确定叶片包角的具体取值.根据该方法进行叶轮设计得到叶轮的水力模型,通过模拟试验验证,证明新方法的可靠性和实用性.新方法可以确定叶片包角的具体取值,改变叶轮水力设计对叶片包角按经验取值的弊端,提高叶轮水力设计的效率.A new method for determining wrap angle of blade was proposed when the entrance angle and exit angle of blade was defined,namely the assignment range of wrap angles was determined first for three stream lines.Then the intersection of the range was found.Finally,the value of wrap angle of blade was determined according to the relationship between the entrance setting angle on different meridian planes and wrap angle of blade.The hydraulic model of impeller for impeller design was got with this method.The reliability and usefulness of the new method was proved by means of simulation.The assignment value of wrap angle was determined in the concrete with this new method.The defect of impeller hydraulic design with empiric wrap angle was avoided,so that the efficiency of impeller hydraulic design was improved.
