摘　　要：提出一个二阶多功能电流模式电路.该电路仅包含2个AOA和2个MO-CDTA,能实现各种滤波功能,也能被调节成一个高Q滤波器;极点频率和品质因数能够被独立、精确地电控调节.电路拥有较高的精度和稳定性,电路的工作频率更高,更容易集成.A current-mode second-order multifunctional circuit was proposed,where only two AOAs and two MO-CDTAs were included.It could realize various kinds of filtering function and its Q could become higher by modifying bias current ratio.Its ωo and Q could be accurate and independent.It possessed high accuracy and high stability.The circuit could run at higher operational frequencies,and it could also be easily integrated.
