易门县塔拉产业发展现状及对策

摘　　要：从塔拉用途及分析塔拉多种效益谈起,回顾易门县十余年来塔拉发展经历了引种试验、试验示范和推广发展三个阶段,初步总结出发展塔拉必须在政府的支持和引导下,组建村级辅导员队伍,走公司+基地+科研+农户的发展模式。提出了促进塔拉产业发展必须加强政府引导作用,引入龙头企业带动农户自发的发展模式;加强规范化栽培管理技术的普及,加大基础设施的建设;合理利用现有的土地资源,提高集约化经营水平;抓住国家建设社会主义新农村的历史机遇,进一步推动塔拉产业发展的对策建议。The uses of Tara （Caesalpinia Spinosa Kuntze） and it＇s multiple benefits were analyzed. There had three stages—introduction,demonstration and promotion—of Tara industry＇s development in Yimen about the past ten years. Then the preliminary summary of the development model which should form the village -level counselors and integrate the power of company,base,research and farmers was proposed. So we analyzed the problem of Tara industry＇s development and made some suggestions about its＇ industrial development：strengthening the role of government guidance and introducing the leading enterprises to spur farmers＇ spontaneous development; strengthening the universalness of standardized cultivation and management technologies and infrastructure; rational using the existing land resources and increasing the intensive management level; seizing the historic opportunity of building new socialist rural areas to promote the development of Tara.
