溶液除湿空调系统在某制药厂节能改造中的应用研究

摘　　要：分析现有空调系统的形式和所存在的问题,同时根据某药厂具有大量可利用的余热的特点,提出了增加溶液除湿机组的改造方案。针对独立除湿改造方案及原有方案进行初投资、年运行费用、项目投资回收率、基础能源消耗量等经济性参数的比较,增加溶液除湿机组的方案节能效果及经济效益显著。The form and problems of the existing air conditioning system are analysed and the reconstruction scheme of increasing liquid desiccant units in some pharmaceutical factory is put forwars according to a great deal available waste heat. Compairing some economic parameters such as the initial investment, the annual operating costs, the capital recovery rate, the consumption of basic enegy etc. of the two schemes, the enegy saving effect and the economic benefit of the scheme of increase liquid desiccant units are notable.
