摘 要:进行16组再生混凝土正交试验,每组掺入体积率为2%、长径比为38的钢纤维,研究了水胶比、再生骨料取代率、粉煤灰取代率三种因素对钢纤维再生混凝土抗压及劈裂抗拉强度的影响。结果表明,钢纤维再生混凝土的28 d抗压强度随着水胶比和再生骨料取代率的增大而减小,而粉煤灰取代率对其没有影响。28 d劈裂抗拉强度随着水胶比的增大而减小,而再生骨料取代率和粉煤灰取代率对其没有影响。Based on 16 groups of recycled concrete orthogonal test,the steel fiber with the characteristic of volume rate 2% and length-diameter ratio 38 was mixed in recycled concrete.The influence made by the water-binder ratio,recycled aggregate and fly ash replacement rate on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength were studied.The results show that the 28-day compressive strength decreased with the increscent of the water-binder ratio and replacement ratio of recycled aggregate,but the replacement of fly ash has little effect on it.The 28-day splitting tensile strength decreased with the increscent of the water-binder ratio,but the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and fly ash had little influence.
