摘 要:程序消耗率是DNC系统设计与生产调度的重要依据。在数控加工中,影响数控程序消耗率的因素很多,且不便实际测定,按编程速度所计算得到的程序消耗率误差很大。针对数控铣床,通过对NC程序运行机理和影响程序消耗率的因素的分析,建立了计算切削时刀具实际移动路径和编程速度下实际进给时间的数学模型,制订了程序消耗率测定流程。通过对加工过程的仿真,能快速、准确地计算出NC程序在实际运行时的消耗率。计算结果为DNC系统设计与生产调度提供了可靠依据。实际加工证明了该方法是正确可行的。NC(Numerical Control) program specific consumption is important for design and production scheduling of a DNC(Direct Numerical Control/Distributed Numerical Control)system.In NC machine tool production process,NC-Program expending speed is influenced by many factors,and practical measurement is difficult.Error of NC-program specific consumption based on command feedrate is very great.After studying the mechanism of NC-program execution and analyzing the influencing factors on the NC program expending rate,a mathematical model for counting the actual moving route of the tool at cutting and actual feed time with command feedrate was established for the NC milling machine.The procedure for calculating the NC program expending rate was worked out.Program consumption rate of the NC milling machine can be calculated quickly and accurately based on emulation.The calculation results provide reliable basis for DNC system design and production scheduling.The run results of the actual process of the NC tool show that our method is correct and feasible.
