摘 要:汽车传动系与发动机的匹配性直接影响汽车动力性能的发挥和经济性的改善。笔者基于遗传工具箱GATBX和ADVISOR的后台函数建立遗传算法与ADVISOR的联合优化仿真模型,利用加权系数法整合汽车传动系多目标优化的各子目标,实现自动修改和输入仿真参数,在后台调用ADVISOR函数进行仿真运算。仿真实例表明该方法显著提高了ADVISOR的优化功能,解决了汽车传动系匹配的多目标优化问题。可用作传统汽车、电动汽车(EV)和混合动力汽车(HEV)传动系匹配的算法,加速新车底盘的开发过程。The matching between its automobile transmission system and its engine directly affects the performance of the vehicle dynamics and the improvement of fuel economy.A combined optimization and simulation model with genetic algorithm and ADVISOR(Advanced Vehicle Simulator) is built based on GATBX(Genetic Algorithm Tool Box) and backing functions.Since automobile transmission matching is a multi-objective optimization problem,three objectives including dynamic property,fuel economy and emission performance are integrated into one objective function by weighting coefficients.Simulation example shows that the optimization function of ADVISOR is greatly improved,and the problem of multi-objective optimization of automobile transmission matching is solved by calling backing functions and exchanging simulation parameters automatically.This method can also be applied to optimizing and matching the EV(Electric Vehicle) or HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle),thus speeding up the development process of new chassis.
