摘  要:针对电传动装甲车辆1.5kW轮毂电机的指标要求,选用稀土永磁无刷直流电动机,从转速、转矩、永磁体参数及重量控制等方面对电机进行了设计分析,确定了设计方案,并使用2D电磁场有限元分析软件对设计方案进行了磁场、反电势、空载和负载转速的仿真分析,对样机进行了空载调节特性、转矩-转速特性和功率-转速特性试验,对试验结果与仿真结果进行了对比分析。对因样机与设计方案匝数不同引起的转矩不足进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。We present a 1.5 kW permanent magnet brushless DC(PMBLDC) wheel motor designed for armored vehicle electrical drive system.In order to meet the direct-drive requirements of the constant power range,we determined the rated speed,the rated torque and the permanent magnet material.To reduce the motor weight,we optimized the thickness in radial direction(magnets magnetized direction) and the pole width of the permanent magnet,and we also optimized the thickness of the rotor core.The major parameters of this PMBLDC wheel motor scheme are presented.The magnetic field,back electromotive force,no load speed and load speed for the PMBLDC wheel motor scheme are simulated by using of 2D electromagnetic filed finite element analysis software.For the prototype motor,the no load speed-DC voltage curve,torque-speed curve and power-speed curve have been tested.The test results of the prototype motor are compared with the simulation results of the scheme.The comparison shows that the torque of the prototype motor in speed range of 100 r/min to 250 r/min is less than that of scheme,which is due to the fact that the number of turns of the prototype motor is less than that of the scheme.Some measures are suggested for increasing the torque.
