摘　　要：介绍了依从性的概念及衡量标准,综述了艾滋病病人抗逆转录病毒治疗依从性现状及影响因素,并提出了提高依从性的策略。It simply introduced the conception and judgment standard of compliance.It reviewed the status quo and influencing factors of compliance of antiretroviral therapy of AIDS patients.And it put forward some strategies for enhancing their compliance.
