关于中国建设低碳消费模式分析

摘　　要：低碳经济是以低能耗、低污染、低排放为基础的经济模式,发展低碳经济是人类社会的一大进步,国外已采取多种措施发展低碳经济.建设低碳消费模式是推动低碳生产发展的根本力量。中国建设低碳消费模式主要从以下几个方面入手:首先要充分发挥政府对低碳消费模式的引领作用,其次要大力强化企业、社会组织对建立低碳消费模式的推动作用,最后要全面提高居民对建立低碳消费模式的参与程度。The low carbon economy, a great progress of human society, is based on low-power consumption,low pollution,low-emissions. A number of measures have been taken to develop low-carbon economy abroad. Construction of low-carbon consumption model is the fundamental forces to promote the development of low carbon production. China＇s construction of low carbon consumption patterns will proceed mainly from the following aspects： first, the government should play a leading role in building low carbon consumption model; then the enterprise, social organizations should play an improving role in building low carbon consumption model; finally the residents should improve the degree of participation to establish low carbon consumption patterns.
