摘 要:南水北调中线京石段渠段总长227.155km,按非串流和串流两大洪水分区共需布置左岸排水建筑物105座,其总体布置以小并与大、高并与低、集水面积一般小于20km2、并适当控制建筑物间距为原则。总干渠建成后将对左岸排水建筑物上游16座村庄加大淹没影响;而因部分河沟进行了沟沟合并和集中排水,在已建的105座左岸排水建筑物中有66座对下游村庄的防洪产生不利影响。建议尽快采取一定的工程措施,确保总干渠沿岸上下游村庄的防洪安全。The Length of Beijing-Shijiazhuang section in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer project is 227. 155km. While, because some brooks combined and concentrate dischargeing, there are 66 structures will bring adverse effects to upstream and downstream of the drainage structures. So measures must be adopted to ensure the security of villages along the channel
