摘  要:以观音阁水库输水工程为背景,从施工设备选型、辅助生产系统设计、资源综合利用等方面对大型输水工程施工期节能减排的具体实施措施进行探讨,提出水利工程节能减排设计中应注意的主要问题,为做好项目建议书及可研阶段报告的节能设计提供参考依据。Taking Guanyinge reservoir water conveyance engineering as an example, measures about energy-saving and emission reduction in large water conveyance engineering were reasearehed, including construction equipments selection, design on auxiliary production, resources comprehensive utilization and so on. The most important aspects about energy-saving design in the hydraulic engineering were emphasized. It can provide reference for energy-saving design in project proposal book and project feasibility report.
