摘  要:通过对南水北调天津干线分流井至西河泵站输水工程建设中造成的水土流失特点和可能产生的危害分析,并结合本工程实际,采用分类治理的方法,提出治理方案。方案将生态环境与城市景观协调发展、人与自然和谐相处的理念贯穿于设计过程中。方案的实施将能及时有效地遏制水土流失的发生,使工程建设成为人造环境与自然环境和谐统一、城市合理开发与自然环境保护兼顾的新型建设模式,对其它输水工程水土保持方案的设计有一定的借鉴意义。With the analysis of features, possible harm caused in the course of construction from Tianjin Artery distributary well to Xihe pumping station water transfer project in the South-to-North Water Transfers Project , and combining the facts of project, it proposed the processing scheme through the method of classifying process. Throughout the design process is the philosophy of coordinated development of Ecological envi- ronment and urban landscape, harmonious co-existence between man and nature, Implementation of the design process will be timely and effec- tively contain the occurrence of soil erosion, make the project construction become a new model of man-made environment and natural harmony, rational development of cities in balance with the natural environment. It has some meaning to take example by other designs of soil and water conservation scheme of water transfer project.
