三养胶麦食疗辅助治疗超重和肥胖Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察三养胶麦食疗辅助治疗超重和肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床疗效。方法将体重指数(BMI)≥25kg·m-2的120例T2DM患者,随机分为三养胶麦食疗组(A组)和普通糖尿病饮食组(B组)两组,在口服降血糖药物治疗的前提下,两组T2DM患者于治疗前后(0周,12周)测量患者的血压(BP)、体重并计算体重下降净值和下降百分数、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂谱和血尿酸、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)和用药情况。结果 A组的体重、BP、口服降血糖药物用量明显低于B组(P<0.05),停药率明显高于B组(P<0.01);而且糖、脂蛋白和尿酸代谢的改善程度明显优于B组(P<0.05);空腹胰岛素和GGT也明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论三养胶麦食疗可降低超重和肥胖T2DM患者的体重,有助于代谢综合征的改善,并可减少口服降血糖药物用量。Objective To observe the effects of dietotherapy of sanyang oat straw on overweight and obesity in the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods 120 T2DM patients with body mass index（BMI）≥25 kg·m-2 were randomly divided into sanyang oat straw dietotherapy group（A group）and common diabetes diet group（B group）.On the basis of the administration of oral hypoglycemic agent,blood pressure（BP）and body weight were measured before and after treatment（0 week,12 weeks）for T2DM patients in two groups.Additionally,it was to calculate the net value of body weight reducing,the weight reducing percentage,FPG,FINS,HbA1c,blood lipid profile,blood uric acid and GGT as well as detect the medication situation separately.Results The values of body weight,BP and the dose of oral hypoglycemic agent were lower apparently in A group as compared with those in B group（P0.05）.The rate of drug termination was higher obviously than that in B group（P0.01）.The metabolism improvements of glucose,lipid protein and uric acid were superior obviously to those in B group（P0.05）.The levels of FINS and GGT were lower apparently than those in B group（P0.05）.Conclusion Sanyang oat straw dietotherapy decreases the body weight of overweighed and obese patients with T2DM,benefits the improvements in metabolic syndromes and reduces the dose of oral hypoglycemic agent.
