摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定丹参、甘肃丹参中丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ、二氢丹参酮和隐丹参酮含量的方法,评价药材质量。方法色谱柱:C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:V(甲醇):V(水)=80:20;流速:1.0mL/min。结果丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ、二氢丹参酮和隐丹参酮分别在17~200、10~124、11~134 ng和4~49 ng范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为101.91%、98.83%、103.10%、99.95%。结论方法简便、准确、分离效果好,可作为丹参类药材含量的定量方法。Objective To establish a method to simultaneously determine the contents of tanshinone Ⅱ A, tanshinone Ⅰ , dihydro-tanshinone and cryptotanshinone in Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia przewalskii Maxim by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Column: C18 column (4.6 mm×250mm, 5 um); mobile phase: V (methanol) : V(water)=80 : 20; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. Results Tanshinone Ⅱ A, tanshinone Ⅰ , dihydro-tanshinone and cryptotanshinone were at the range of 17-200, 10-124, 11-134 ng and 4-49 ng, respectively. The linear relation was good, and the average recovery rate was 101.91%, 98.83%, 103.10% and 99.95%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and effective, and can be used to determine the contents of Salvia przewalskii Maxim by HPLC.
