热固性环氧沥青增容剂的制备

摘　　要：热固性环氧沥青材料的增容剂能提高改性沥青相容性,并改善改性沥青的综合性能。利用水解过的环氧树脂和油酰氯反应制备增容剂。通过羟值与环氧值的测定,可以得出,水解反应最佳反应温度为45℃,最佳反应时间为1.5 h。环氧化反应的最佳配比1∶3,最佳反应时间为1 h。采用红外光谱对所得产物进行表征,所得产物即为目标产物。The addition of compatibilizer was a method of enhancing compatibility of modified asphalt,and improving the overall performance of modified asphalt.Compatibilizer was prepared by the reaction of hydrolyzed epoxy resin and oil chloride.Through determination of epoxy value and hydroxyl value,it was obtained that the most suitable preparation conditions of Hydrolysis were as follows： temperature was controlled at 45 ℃ and the reaction time was 1.5 hours.the ratio of epoxidation was 1∶3 and the reaction time was 1 hours.Compatibilizer was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The product is made sure to be the wanted.
