摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所服务小姐艾滋病防治相关知识、态度,评价与艾滋病相关的健康教育和行为干预效果,为政府制定相关政策提供依据。方法干预前对娱乐场所内的125名服务小姐进行无记名基线调查,内容包括一般情况、艾滋病传播途径、安全套使用情况等,并对她们进行以健康教育、安全套推广、改善求医行为等为主要内容的综合干预,干预结束后再次对她们进行调查以评价干预效果。结果干预前服务小姐性病、艾滋病相关知识缺乏、不足,干预后其艾滋病相关知识回答正确率显著提高;性行为中安全套的使用率明显上升,经χ2检验P(0.001。结论在娱乐场所服务小姐中进行的推广安全套等行为干预措施,对于预防艾滋病的传播是有效的、紧迫的和必要的。Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes that related to the prevention and treat of AIDS among female sex workers in entertainment places,and evaluate the health education and behavioral intervention that related to the AIDS prevention.To provide the basis for the government to formulate relevant policies.Methods Carry out an anonymous baseline survey among 125 female sex workers in entertainment places,which consisted of common situations,the transmission of AIDS and the use of condoms etc.,along with the health education,condom promotion and the improvement of beg to cure behavior intervention.Intervene again right after the end of their investigation to evaluate the effect of intervention.Results The female sex workers are lack of knowledge related to AIDS before the intervention,after the intervention the rate of correct answers about their AIDS-related knowledge was significantly increased,so does the useage of condom in sex,by the Chisquare Test P0.001.Conclusion It is effective,urgent and essential to carry out behavioral interventions among female sex workers in entertainment places such as condom promotion in order to prevent the spread of AIDS.
