摘 要:油气田开发过程中,很多油田建立的出砂预测模型都是针对中浅层,且以单一参数为标准,容易导致出砂预测结果与实际不符。以塔里木油田库车地区多口井产层为研究对象,首先分析产层出砂机理,然后选取多种出砂评价参数建立出砂预测样本模式,采用灰色关联分析方法预测出砂程度;并对斯伦贝尔比、出砂指数和临界生产压差等评价参数进行标准化处理,消除不同产层埋深的影响,形成了1套适用于浅层、中深层及深层的出砂分析标准。并利用VB语言编写灰色关联分析程序,实现了产层出砂程度的快速预测,为塔里木油田深层油气层的出砂分析找到了有效的途径。In the process of oil and gas field development, reservoir sanding model is established based on the middle-shallow layer, and single parameter is referred. So, the forecasted result does not accord with the actual sanding. By taking some wells in Kuche area, Tarim oilfield, as the research object, analyzed is the sanding mechanism of productive layers, and then established is the prediction model according to some selected sanding evaluation parameters, and predicted is the degree of sanding by gray correlative analysis method. Standardization parameters evaluation, such as SR,BK,and DDP, is made, which removes the affect of reservoir depth. Set up is a set of sanding analysis standards for the shallow, middle and deeper layers. Compiled is the program of gray correlative analysis with VB, and implemented is quick prediction for the sanding level of the layers. It is an effect method to analyse sanding in Tarim oilfield.
