摘  要:设计了一种用于调试多极子阵列声波测井仪(MPAL)发射声系的工装测试设备。通过分析MPAL发射声系的结构,提出具体的测试要求。采用主从式结构,主机和前端机通过以太网互联,前端机基于ARM7技术,处理器中运行uClinux嵌入式操作系统。发射接口电路通过扩展I/O总线与核心板连接,发射控制电路与发射接口电路之间的控制命令通过串行差分驱动的方式传输,并进行了光电隔离。软件设计中网络通信基于服务器/客户端的模式,采用套接字编程的方法实现。测试表明,单极高压激励脉冲为3 800 V/30μs,偶极激励脉冲为1 800 V/200μs,四极激励脉冲2 800 V/30μs,满足MPAL发射声系测试的要求。A kind of tooling test equipment used in test for transmitter mandrel of multi-pole array acoustic logging tool (MPAL) is introduced. The specific testing requirements are put for- ward according to analyzing architecture of transmitter mandrel of MPAL. In system design, principal and subordinate structure is used; the host and front-computer are interconnected via Ethernet. The front-computer is based on ARM7 technique, and the ARM7 processor runs uClinux which is a kind of embedded operating system. Firing interface circuits are linked to core board by expanded I/O bus. Control commands transmit by means of serial differential-driven approach between the firing interface circuits and firing control circuits, and the two parts are isolated each other by photocouplers. Net communications based on server/client mode are implemented by socket program. Tests indicate that monopole firing pulse is 3 800 V/30μs, dipole firing pulse is 1 800 V/200/μs, and quadrupole firing pulse is 2 800 V/30μs. All of these are fully satisfied with test demands for transmitter mandrel of MPAL.
