摘　　要：哈贝马斯是当代西方人文社会科学领域中最具原创力和建构性的学者之一。在其公共领域理论中,公共领域处在公共权力领域和私人领域的中间地带,主要是对涉及公众普遍利益的事务向公共权力机关提出批判,形成公众舆论。Habermas is a social science and the most originality and construct one of the scholars in contempo-rary western areas of humanities.In its public areas theory,public area is in the middle of public power field and private areas,mainly involving the public in general matters of interest to make critical public authorities,the forma-tion of public opinion.
