摘　　要：新时期大学生的行为特点表现为求实、求我、求热、求金。加强新时期大学生的教育管理,应突出引导大学生树立正确的价值观,重视社会公德建设,着力提高大学生的综合素质。Strengthening education and management of college students,should be highlighted to guide students to acquire correct values,emphasis on social ethics,enhance the overall quality of students.
