摘　　要：汽车零部件用钢管按不同的形状、强度和精密度要求，需采用不同规格的优质钢管。为满足汽车用管的品种、规格及质量要求，必须具备先进的生产技术，完整的工艺流程和检测设备以及严格的质量保证体系。简介了汽车用高频焊接钢管的品种、用量、技术要求、生产工艺及质量保证技术。Steel tubes for automobile purpose vary in their shape,strength and accuracy according to different services.To meet the requirements for category,size and quality of the tubes,it is a must to have advanced manufacturing technology,complete process flow and testing/inspecting facilities as well as stringent quality assurance program.Briefly introduced in the paper are such aspects concerning the hifrequency electric welded tubes as categories, guantity demanded technical criteria,manufacturing process and techniques for quality control.
