摘　　要：文章分析了常减压加热炉操作现状，指出了加热炉管结垢对生产装置操作的危害和影响，说明了采用CH-2清灰剂能有效地减少减压炉炉管结垢、降低炉膛温度，是提高加热炉热效率的途径。This paper analyzes the status of atmospheric and vacuum furnace operation, and points out the damages and influences on the process units caused by dust stratification on the surface of the heating furnace tube. It illustrates the way of using CH-2 furnace tube soot cleaning liquid, with which can reduce the scale formation of the furnace tub, reduce the temperature of the hearth, and raise the thermal efficiency of the mill furnace.
