摘 要:目的研究建立氧化分解前白术挥发油中极性和非极性成分相对质量控制方法和评价指标。方法采用高效液相色谱法,使用总峰面积、3个非极性成分峰面积之和、苍术酮峰面积和非极性成分1峰面积归一化值等4个指标作为氧化分解前挥发油中非极性成分相对质量控制评价指标;使用极性成分峰面积和总峰面积归一化值2个指标,同时结合挥发油中"极性成分峰面积之和占总峰面积百分比"指标,分别对氧化分解前挥发油中非极性和极性成分相对质量进行控制。结果分别选定检测波长205nm和255nm作为氧化分解前挥发油中非极性成分和极性成分的检测波长。选定了4个相对质量控制评价指标可对氧化分解前挥发油中非极性成分进行质量控制;选定了2个相对质量控制评价指标可对氧化分解前挥发油中极性成分进行质量控制。结论该方法简单、可靠。可以全面、科学评价氧化分解前挥发油中极性、非极性成分相对质量。Objective To establish relative quality control and evaluation indexes for polarity and nonpolarity components in volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz prior to oxidative decomposition. Methods With use of HPLC, the total peak area, total area of three nonpolarity components peaks, atractylon peak area and single non-po- larity component peak area, were designated to evaluate the relative quality control of non-polarity components in the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz before oxygenolysis. Two others, polarity components peak area and to- tal peak area, along with percentage index of polarity components peak area out of total peak area, were respectively used to control the relative quality of non-polarity and polarity components. Results The wavelength 205 nm and 255 nm were selected as determination wavelength for non-polarity and polarity components in the volatile oil, respectively. Four indexes were selected for relative quality control of non-polarity components, and two others for relative quality control of polarity components in volatile oil prior to oxidative decomposition. Conclusion This method seemed to be simple and reliable, and may be used for quality control of pre-oxygenolytic volatile oil.
