摘  要:在对国产纳米晶软磁合金淬态脆化进行统计分析基础上,用X射线衍射、透射电镜、自由体积等方法对该合金淬态脆化机制进行了初步探讨。试验结果表明,现生产条件下,合金淬态脆化与晶化无关,可能与结构弛豫有关。本文还讨论了减轻淬态脆化的途径。Based on the statistics analysis of embrittlement in as rapidly-quenchedstate, XRD, TEM, free volume etc. methods are used to preliminarily approach theembrittlement mechanism in the state of domestic Tests show that, underthe present production conditions, the embrittlement in as-quenched state of the alloy isirrelevant to crystallization, but is Possibly related to structural relaxation. Also, the methods to reduce the embrittlement in as rapidly quenched state of this alloy are discussed.
