内热式中性盐浴渗钒的研究

摘　　要：研制出一种内热式中性盐浴渗钒剂。该盐浴流动性好，工件粘盐少，密度偏析较轻。利用研制的渗钒盐浴对Ｔ１２钢经９５０℃×６ｈ的处理后，可得到１０～１５μｍ的渗钒层。渗钒层的硬度为２０００～３０００ＨＶ。A kind of neutral vanadizing salt bath was developed for vanadizing in internal eletrode furnace.The new developed vanadizing salt bath had good fluidity,low density segregation and little sticked salt on the workpieces.Using this technology,10～15μm thickness of vanadium carbide layer could be formed on the surface of steel T12 at 950℃×6hours.Its hardness is about 2000～3000HV,and its brittleness is lower than that of boronized layers.
