摘　　要：报纸川军落败之因和电视湘军得胜之由给传媒业带来不少启示:从团队管理来看,要创建科学的选拔机制、完备的考评机制、合理的激励机制、全面的培训机制;从创新突破来看,要实现价值理念、发展战略、体制机制、发展模式、经营方式等的全方位创新;从媒介环境来看,应推进跨行业多元发展和跨媒介整合经营。Some hints can be got from the failure of Sichuan Newspaper and the success of Hunan TV： firstly, from the team management point of view, we should build up scientific selection mechanism, comprehensive evaluation mechanism, reasonable incentives and comprehensive training system; secondly, in terms of innovation, we should realize the full range of innovation from value ideas, development strategies, institutional mechanisms to development model; lasdy, from the media environment, we should promote diversified development across industry and integrated management across media.
