摘　　要：本文从CIO体制的内涵着手,在对高校体育信息主管体制进行考察的基础上,从计划职能、组织职能、领导职能和控制职能四个方面分析CIO在高校体育信息建设中的职能作用,最后提出了高校体育推行CIO体制的对策。This paper, beginning from the CIO system’s connotation, and based on foundation of carrying on the inspection on the college sports information manager system, from the planning nature, the organizing function, the leader function and the control function four aspects, analyzes CIO in the university sports information construction function and finally proposed the university sports carries out the CIO system’s countermeasure.
