摘　　要：运用ProCast软件进行数值模拟,考察了衬板实型铸造的充型特点,得到了衬板铸件充型过程速度和温度场的变化情况,并对衬板铸件进行了缺陷的预测与分析。确保了铸件质量,缩短试制周期,降低生产成本。The filling characteristics of Liner Mold Casting were investigated by Numerical simulation using ProCast software.The mold filling speed and temperature changes were observed,and the liner casting defect prediction and analysis were conducted.The casting quality ensured,and the trial cycle and production costs were reduced.
