摘　　要：随着市场竞争的日益激烈,企业必须能够对其业务过程进行快速的重组,工作流技术受到了广泛的重视和研究,为实现企业的经营目标提供先进的手段。文章讨论了ECA规则的形式化模式、ECA事件检测机制。同时结合J2EE、Web Service和ECA规则构建一个实用的分布式工作流管理系统。With the increasingly drastic marketing competition, enterprises must be able to make fast reorganization to its transaction procedures and the technology of workflow , and the latter,which has been obtained widely attention and study, provides the advanced measures for achieving the management goals of enterprises. This article discusses the paradigm of ECA rules and the event detecting mechanism of ECA. At last a utility distributed workflow management system was built based on J2EE,Web Service and ECA rules.
