摘  要:医学体数据可视化在临床上已成为辅助诊断和辅助治疗的重要手段,其技术也成为近年来研究和应用的热点.为此,我们提出采用VTK库进行医学数据可视化.其中研究了表面绘制和体绘制两种绘制技术,表面绘制用移动立方体法实现,体绘制则用光线投射法实现,并通过比较两种技术的结果讨论了他们的特点.从结果中可以看出,VTK作为一种图像处理和三维可视化的工具其功能是十分强大的.Visualization for medical volumetric data has been an important method to aided diagnosis and treat. Nowadays its techniques embrace a wide field of research and application. Therefore it is proposed that VTK library is used for implementing the visualization of medical data. Two types of rendering method, surface rendering and volume rendering are studied. The marching cubes algorithm was used for surface rendering, both ray-casting methods were used for volume rendering. Their characteristics of two rendering methods were compared as well. The reconstructed results showed that as a reconstruction and visualization toolkit VTK has powerful function and is very easy to be used for medical image processing.
