摘　　要：目的寻求快速鉴定卡他莫拉菌的新方法。方法以３乙酰吲哚为底物用纸片法检测该菌的乙酸酯酶，生成吲哚酚，在有氧下成蓝色斑点。结果检查１７１株卡他莫拉菌及其他菌１８２株，其敏感性１００％，特异性８１２％。结论本法是一种快速、准确鉴定卡他莫拉菌的简易方法。Objective To develop a new method for identifying M.Catarrhalis. Method 3indoxyl acetate as substract to detect acetase forming Indigo on the paper disc. It developed blue color spot when oxygen existed. Results 171 strains of M. catarrhalis and 182 strains of other bacteria were examined. The sensitivity of this method was 100%, and the specificity was 81.2%. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and simple for identifying M. catarrhalis.
