口腔三用气枪煮沸消毒的实验研究

摘　　要：目的评价煮沸消毒法对口腔科三用气枪的消毒效果。方法用乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌对三用气枪进行污染,用煮沸方法对污染气枪消毒,用聚合酶链反应(PCR)荧光定量核酸扩增技术进行乙型肝炎病毒DNA及结核分枝杆菌的检测,评价消毒效果。结果对气枪煮沸消毒10 min,乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌均无检出,消毒合格率均达100.0%,与消毒25、mim比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);消毒10 min和15 min对乙型肝炎病毒及结核分枝杆菌的灭菌效果差异无统计学意义;煮沸消毒10 min,生理盐水和血清中结核分枝杆菌与HBV DNA的阳性检出率均为0。结论煮沸消毒可达到与2%戊二醛浸泡消毒、高压蒸汽灭菌同样可靠的消毒效果,对口腔科三用气枪消毒,方法简单、有效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the boiling sterilization effect on the oral air gun.METHODS After the oral air gun artificially polluted with hepatitis B virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and disinfected by boiling method the effect of sterilization was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction（PCR） technology for hepatitis B virus DNA and M.tuberculosis.RESULTS After Boiling sterilization for 10min,the hepatitis B virus and M.tuberculosis were not detected.The sterilization passing rate reached 100 percent there was a statistically significant difference（P0.01）,compared with the sterilization for 2 or 5min.Between sterilization for 10min,and 15min for the hepatitis B virus and M.tuberculosis there was no significant difference in sterilizing effect.After boiling sterilization for 10min,the positive rate of HBV DNA and M.tuberculosis in saline or serum was 0.CONCLUSION The boiling sterilization can reach the same effect as 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant immersion and autoclave sterilization,and its priority is simple but effective.
