摘　　要：目的探讨医院的洁净手术室更换高效过滤器后检测含尘浓度应该注意的问题。方法回顾性地分析医院洁净手术室改造及更换高效过滤器后检测含尘浓度时出现的一些情况及解决方法。结果通过综合分析检测过程中所遇到的问题及解决方法,总结得出检测时应注意检查高效漏风、自净时间、检测人员的位置及活动量、房间压差等问题。结论对洁净室的洁净指标进行检测与控制,已经成为医院感染工作的重要内容,不仅工程完成后必须做,在日常工作中也要定期进行检测,在检测时注意以上问题可以对检测过程提供有益的帮助。OBJECTIVE To discuss the problems of the dust concentration detection after the replacement of high efficiency filter in laminar air flow（LAF） operating rooms.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the situations and solutions of reconstruction in LAF operating rooms and the detection of dust concentration after the replacement of high efficiency filter were conducted.RESULTS The problems and solutions encountered in the detection process were comprehensively analyzed.The conclusion,which should pay attention to check the efficient detection of air leakage,self-purification time,the inspector′s position and activity quantity,room pressure and several other issues,was drawn.CONCLUSION Detection and control of the cleanliness index in LAF operating wards rooms are important parts in the nosocomial infection management.The work must be done after the operation,and the detection should be performed periodically in daily work as well.Paying attention to the problems can benefit the detection process.
