摘 要:目的探讨循证医学在供应室器械清洗消毒中氧化电位水的效果。方法引入循证医学理论,通过相关的循证医学网站检索相关文献,综合评价,对供应室器械包括剪刀、止血钳、有齿镊子按随机化的原则分为观察组和对照组各50把,对照组采用手工清洗,观察组采用手工清洗+酸化水消毒,清洗消毒后进行卫生学监测。结果手术器械清洗消毒后的细菌含量合格率对照组均为96.0%,观察组均为100.0%;两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用酸性氧化电位水为供应室器械清洗消毒,具有对人体无不良反应、对环境污染小、消毒时间短等特点。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of evidence-based medicine on the medical instruments disinfected by using electrolyzed-oxidizing water in supply room.METHODS Evidence-based medicine theory was introduced and comprehensively evaluated by searching for the related literature through the medical literature analysis and retrieval system online(MEDLINE) and the Chinese medical literature databases relevant to evidence-based medicine sites.The medical instruments,including the scissors,hemostatic forceps and toothed forceps,were randomized into two groups:the observed group and the control group equally with 50 cases for each kind of instrument,the control group was adopted hand cleaning while the observed group was treated with hand cleaning + electrolyzed-oxidizing water.Hygienic surveillance was performed after disinfection.RESULTS The qualified rates were 96.0% in control group,and 100.0% in observed group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).CONCLUSION The electrolyzed-oxidizing water,which can be selected for the disinfection of medical instruments in supply room,has the characteristics of no adverse effect to human body,little pollution to environment and short-time disinfecting.
