摘 要:采用FeSO4和KMnO4反应制备新生态铁氧化物去除水中的磷酸盐。结果表明:KMnO4与Fe-SO4的最佳投加摩尔比为0.33。KMnO4/Fe2 +工艺混凝对水中磷的去除效率随铁盐投量的增加而升高,随溶液pH值的增加而降低。相比较Fe2(SO4)3,KMnO4/Fe2 +工艺在溶液pH值6 ~9时可提高对水中磷的去除率,这种除磷效果的差别归因于传统铁盐与新生态铁表面的物理化学性质不同。当溶液中存在钙离子或镁离子时,KMnO4/Fe2 +工艺在pH值4 ~9范围内均可提高水中磷的去除率,在溶液pH值7 ~9范围内其去除率增加显著,为KMnO/Fe2 +工艺除磷的实际应用提供了一定的参考。A novel method for phosphate removal from aqueous solution was proposed which is characterized by precipitating phosphate by Fe formed in situ prepared through the oxidation of FeSO4 with KMnO4.Results indicated that the optimum molar ratio of KMnO4 and FeSO4 was 0.33.The removal of phosphate increased with the increase of Fe dosages and decreased with the increase of pH values.Compared with ferric sulfate,the KMnO4/Fe2+ process was more efficient for phosphate removal at pH 6~9.The differences in phosphate removal by ferric sulfate alone and the KMnO4/Fe2+ process was attributed to the different chemical and physical properties of conventional Fe3+ and Fe3+ formed in situ.With the presence of calcium or magnesium ion,phosphate removal in KMnO4/Fe2+ process was increased at pH 4~9 and the enhancement was more significant at pH 7~9.The results of this study could also help us to provide specific reference for the practical application of KMnO4/Fe2+ process for phosphate removal.
