摘　　要：针对近年来全球气候变暖趋势,介绍了低碳经济的概念,内涵及发展模式,从内涵的界定和规划设计策略两方面具体阐述了低碳经济模式工业园的系统规划,以期指导国内工业园区规划建设。Aiming at the trend of worldwide climate warming in recent years,the thesis introduces the conception,connotation and development mode of the low carbon economy.It expounds the industrial park system planning based on low carbon economy mode from two aspects： identification of the connotation and planning design strategies,expecting to guide the planning and constructions of domestic industrial parks.
