摘　　要：从地下空间利用需要解决的问题入手,介绍了居住小区地下空间利用的基本模式,重点阐述了居住小区地下空间利用的设计要点,从而为解决地下空间人、车导流和紧急疏散导向的问题奠定了基础。From the solving problem of using requirement on underground space,this paper introduces the basic model of the application of residential district underground space.Presenting the key points of the design points on application of the residential district underground space.It definites the foundation of solving the problems of people and cars diversion and emergency evacuation guiding underground space.
